Responsibilities
Maintains electronic filing systems
Records, files, and proficiency at emails
Assists in obtaining permits and licenses
Maintains project records
Will maintain various job trackers (Excel & Google Sheets)
Will collect, assemble, and report production daily
Process billing (units/firm bid)
Updates job tracking reports
Prints drawings, documents, monitors, logs
Will provide assistance to Project Manager, Supervisors, and field employees as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Proficient in Google sheets
2-5 years relevant experience
Organized, fast learner
Self-starter - Able to work on their own, comfortable taking on responsibilities without having to be continually directed
Good people skills. Able to comfortably interact with management, fellow employees, third parties, etc. in a positive manner
Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform job tasks
Possesses good verbal and written skills
Must help to solve problems as opposed to starting, adding to or feeding on them
Ability to multitask several assignments simultaneously
Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones
Preferred
Construction industry experience
AT&T Software - ACAS, ABWS-D, ORCA
Basic accounting background
