Sr. Windows System Admin
StratasCorp Technologies is seeking a Senior Windows System Administrator to join their team in Wahiawa, HI. The role involves administering Windows Operating Systems and Exchange support, managing system documentation, and ensuring the security and functionality of server environments.

Responsibilities
Provide services for Windows Operating Systems and Exchange support including troubleshooting for users on Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessels and Network Operations Center
Implement Global Address List (GAL) synchronizing between forests by means of Microsoft MIM
Assist in developing and submitting Change Requests (CRQs) for changes in procedures or installation of hardware and software for approval
Submit change management requests for software updates and configuration changes to the network change management board for approval with IA and RMF teams
Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation regarding security practices and operational procedures
Assist in the creation and implementation of guidelines for accreditations and Command Cyber Operational Readiness Inspections
Assist in creation and implementation of disaster recovery, business continuity, and failover/cutover procedures
Oversee and assist in the management and maintenance of the MSC Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure ensuring e-mail functionality for fleet customers
Monitor Exchange server performance and maintain optimization
Assist in the writing and updating of system documentation, install security patches/updates, plan and perform Windows server upgrades, troubleshoot Widows operating system issues, and maintain the security posture of Windows servers
Provide written and verbal project updates to leadership
Provide, respond to, resolve, and document customer windows and e-mail issues using the Navy Enterprise Service Desk (NESD) ticket system (Helix)
Manage and secure Windows Server environments, including implementing DISA STIGs, remediating technical gaps, and ensuring all new STIG requirements are applied within timelines
Administer and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) by designing, reviewing, and troubleshooting policies to maintain a secure and compliant enterprise environment
Perform ongoing compliance and configuration audits, conducting detailed technical checks and validating system posture across servers and workstations
Develop and refine automation scripts to streamline system hardening, STIG compliance, and overall Windows Administration Tasks
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience setting up administrator and service accounts
Maintaining system documentation
Installing system wide software
Overall administration of servers
Provide services for Windows Operating Systems and Exchange support including troubleshooting for users on Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessels and Network Operations Center

Progressive IT experience (5 years) including significant Microsoft Windows within the past three (3) years
Two years of supervision experience over complex IT projects
Experience (1 year) in supervising large IT service contracts, including personnel of various job categories and skills and must have occurred in the last five (5) years
Possess a certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01‐M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II
This is not a Remote/Hybrid position. Candidates are expected to report to the office daily M-F
