Responsibilities
Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring user needs are met through intuitive and engaging interfaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Create visually appealing mock-ups that align with brand standards and design guidelines
Utilize and contribute to the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms
Engage in user research and testing to refine designs and enhance user experience
Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in interaction and visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to create and maintain design systems for cohesive user experiences
Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles in design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
Preferred
Experience in consumer product design, particularly in healthcare or related fields
Familiarity with data visualization and hybrid application design
Background in customer service or start-up environments
