Responsibilities

The VFX Producer manages multiples VFX projects simultaneously, produces projects within approved budget and deadline, and works closely with Directors, CG Supervisors, VFX Supervisors to accurately assess direction, budget, and scheduling

They are responsible for leading and motivating VFX teams through each stage of project, and maintaining constant contact with clients, while developing and maintaining client relationships

Maintains production schedule, staffing needs, and resource allocation

Maintains communication with department heads, artists, management, and staff

Employs appropriate creative and technical judgment to resolve any project issues

Required

Previous working VFX/Post-Production experience

Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Proven planning and problem-solving skills

Strong ability to identify clear priorities and meet department goals

Strong adaptability and flexibility skills
