Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals and manage the Food & Beverage market within assigned territory
Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
Build strong customer relationships and manage key accounts
Identify new opportunities
Deliver customer presentations, proposals, and product training
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Business Development to drive customer engagement and revenue growth in alignment with ProMinent’s mission, vision, and values
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities, forecasts, and reporting
Represent ProMinent at trade shows and industry events
Provide market feedback and insights to support business growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage market
Experience with Food and Beverage processes and water treatment
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Familiarity with SAP and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions
Ability to travel up to 50%
