They are seeking an Underwriting Product & Training Intern to gain hands-on experience in project management and user experience design while supporting the Underwriting teams.

Responsibilities
Developing a comprehensive project plan and timeline to consolidate four separate pages into one centralized SharePoint hub
Auditing and archiving outdated materials while standardizing naming conventions for active documents
Designing and building a SharePoint page with enhanced visual appeal and user-friendly navigation
Partnering across Underwriting, Product, and Training teams to gather requirements and understand user needs
Supporting the team with backend maintenance and data organization to assist in the decommissioning of legacy systems
Participating in the standard Underwriting Onboarding program to gain a functional understanding of the insurance business
Qualification
Required
A current college undergraduate who is a resident of Washington and/or attending school in the Seattle area
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically SharePoint and Excel
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage project timelines independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across multiple departments
Comfortable analyzing complex information and organizing it logically
Interested in pursuing a career in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or Underwriting
Preferred
Some web design experience preferred
