Responsibilities
Utilize Firefly reservation computer program to check in guests
Meet and greet campground guests at check-in, collect fees, and remind guests of compliance with campground rules
Sell day parking passes, extra vehicle passes and firewood
Extend hospitality and courtesy to guests and other employees
Facilitate cash transactions on site
Provide campground rules to users and seek compliance
Report any illegal activities to law enforcement
Assist with general cleaning of park when needed
Collect garbage and clean Park restrooms
Assist Park Hosts with daily patrols of the campground
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma / GED
Computer systems knowledge
Secure cash handling procedures knowledge
Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
Ability to observe safety rules, laws, and Park rules
Ability to receive and give directions
Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate tense situations
Ability to complete tasks without direct supervision
Ability to lead a small group of employees and volunteers
Preferred
Previous experience maintaining public parks and contact with the public
