Service Desk Technician
IDR, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Service Desk Technician to provide technical support for computer software and hardware products and services. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing Windows and some Apple products, as well as assisting with VPN connectivity and mobile device issues.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support of computer software and hardware products and services
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on Windows as well as some Apple products
Perform troubleshooting on remote VPN connectivity
Perform password resets and user assignment in Active Directory
Perform troubleshooting on mobile devices, iPhone/iPad, and Android
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in MS Windows environment
Professional experience handling desktop and laptop break/fix support
Professional experience troubleshooting MS Office 365 products
Experience using ticketing systems
Preferred
Associate degree in technical field or related professional certifications
ServiceNow preferred
