Crane Company is seeking a Human Resources Manager for their Spartanburg manufacturing facility. In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive impactful HR initiatives across the organization.

Talent Acquisition: Own the hiring process from sourcing to selection, building a strong candidate pipeline
Employee Development: Champion career growth through our Intellectual Capital process
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, resolving issues and fostering a positive workplace
Performance & Rewards: Guide salary appraisals and ensure fair, consistent merit processes
Policy & Compliance: Support policy creation and ensure adherence to HR, safety, and quality standards
Culture Building: Drive engagement initiatives that boost morale and productivity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years in an HR Manager role
5+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic environment
Strong influencing ability
Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft
Exceptional communication skills
Preferred
PHR/SPHR certification
