Responsibilities
Process all financial transactions for the program such as purchase orders, technology purchases, grant/gift administration, and travel expenses for INST faculty and guest speakers
Course scheduling and processing of enrollment/override requests
Assist with event logistics and promotion
Assist with website maintenance and social media updates
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field
At least two years of experience in a specialized or a related field applicable to work performed
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
