Responsibilities

Provide support, assistance, and instruction to help improve personal growth and independence for adults with intellectual disabilities or chronic mental health illness

Serve as a resource and partner with Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at the site

Answer questions related to programming, documentation, trainings, and scheduling

Maintain a flexible schedule including some PM and weekend shifts and on-call responsibilities

Qualification

Required

A high school diploma or a GED, with one year of experience in a human services - related field

A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, or another human services-related field

An Associate's degree, with two years of human services-related experience

Four years of human services-related experience

A valid driver's license

The ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check
