Research
Responsibilities
Create and manage Excel spreadsheets with multiple inputs and links
Communicate regularly with department managers to input, look up, and track data
Email vendors and track purchase orders, invoices, and related vendor information
Manage the bid process, including compiling bid specifications and coordinating site visits
Register vendors in the site security system and participate in walkthroughs
Receive bids and compile bid leveling spreadsheets
Proactively review spreadsheets and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience with financial record keeping
Proficient in data entry
Ability to create and manage Excel spreadsheets with multiple inputs and links
Strong communication skills to interact with department managers
Experience in emailing vendors and tracking purchase orders, invoices, and related vendor information
Ability to manage the bid process, including compiling bid specifications and coordinating site visits
Experience in registering vendors in the site security system and participating in walkthroughs
Ability to receive bids and compile bid leveling spreadsheets
