Responsibilities
Process hundreds of payments daily, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
Manage batch processing, uploads, and payment runs in Oracle (or similar ERP system)
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all disbursements for AP invoices
Research and resolve issues related to uncashed checks, including initiating stop payments and reissuance
Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot payment discrepancies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience with a focus on high-volume disbursements
Proven experience processing hundreds of payments per day in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of check, ACH, and wire payment processes
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Analytical mindset and ability to resolve complex payment issues
Preferred
Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred
Experience in a department handling multi-million-dollar daily disbursements
Ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities
