Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and close commercial (vacant land) transactions

Provide title services in compliance with industry standards and underwriter requirements

Identify and resolve potential title issues, disputes, and claims

Advise clients, attorneys, and associates on complex title and escrow matters

Review and approve high-liability orders and consult with underwriters for approvals beyond limits

Develop and implement best practices for closings and title operations

Train and mentor staff to ensure team members are knowledgeable and confident in handling complex issues

Stay current on legal, regulatory, and underwriting requirements and share updates with the team

Support marketing and client engagement efforts as needed
