Responsibilities

Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts

Audit lease and resident files

Process pre-close and month-end reports

Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs

Generate new lease and renewal contracts

Complete statement of deposits for move-outs

Qualification

YardiMicrosoft Office SuiteLeasing experienceSales/service experienceConflict resolution

Required

One year of sales/service industry experience

Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid Driver's License

Preferred

Previous leasing experience

High school diploma or equivalent
