Responsibilities
Acting as a receptionist
Manages office correspondence
Creating weekly reports
Office filing and file purging
Schedule appointments
Perform general clerical, statistical, administrative, and accounting duties
Completing itineraries, calling, scheduling, and sending appointment letters for home visits with individuals on the programs
Maintaining confidential case files, both hard copy, and electronically
Completing appropriate intakes/referrals in the absence of the Social Services Program Coordinator
Prepares required Medicaid and MDRS forms
Conducts fingerprinting of potential Personal Care Attendants (PCAs)
Compiles, verifies, and processes PCA payroll
Authorizes services timely manner
Qualification
Required
Good oral and written communication skills are required to be proficient in this position
Proficient computer skills are a must
Must be able to prioritize and work to plan and provide timely services to those individuals being served
Looking for individuals who can multitask, are very detail-oriented, analytical, and able to solve problems
Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 0-2 years of related experience
