Responsibilities

Prioritize managing and servicing assigned customers to ensure satisfaction

Oversee the PM team, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company standards

Work closely with HR and Supervisor of the PM team when issues, meetings, or disciplinary actions need to take place

Schedule coverage for holidays to maintain seamless operations and prevent service disruptions

Coordinate and oversee the training of new PMs and the implementation of new processes

Coordinate coverage and help provide coverage for PM's who are OOO

Clearly communicate PM team needs and challenges to management for resolution

Act as a liaison between management and the PM team, ensuring clear and effective communication of goals, priorities, and updates

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming projects requiring Project Management support, ensuring all new projects are reviewed, assessed, and directed appropriately

PMs will rely on this person for any day-to-day issues and guidance if needed

Take detailed notes during PM-related meetings and ensure they are distributed to relevant stakeholders

Develop and maintain documentation related to PM processes and best practices

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project statuses and team performance metrics

In the office from 9am-5pm on non-remote days (1-day work from home a week), providing on-site support and addressing day-to-day issues

Visit the CA office once per quarter to facilitate communication, training, and alignment between teams
