Responsibilities
Lead and manage litigation matters from intake through resolution (with mentorship available if you’re ready to step into case ownership)
Develop strategic case plans and drive successful outcomes
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, motions, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals
Draft high-impact pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
Negotiate favorable settlements and guide clients through mediation
Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering clear, strategic counsel
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Texas Bar
2–10 years of litigation experience OR a strong desire and demonstrated aptitude to excel in litigation
Exceptional persuasive writing skills (a must)
Strong oral advocacy and negotiation abilities
High motivation and commitment to becoming an outstanding attorney
Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research platforms
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
