Information Technology Support Analyst
IRIS Software Group is a trusted software company with over 120,000 customers worldwide, seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their onsite IT Service Desk team. The role involves being the first point of contact for IT issues, providing hands-on support, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for IT issues – hardware, software, applications
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems quickly, escalating when needed
Document solutions and maintain the IT knowledge base
Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices and software
Conduct hardware/software inventory management
Provide on-the-spot guidance and training to prevent recurring issues
Monitor IT infrastructure and report potential issues proactively
Participate in IT projects and process improvements
Ensure security and privacy protocols are followed at all times
Collaborate with IT colleagues and other teams across IRIS
Qualification
Required
A-level qualifications or equivalent industry experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft products
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and a team player who can also work independently
Preferred
ITIL Foundation qualification or relevant ITIL knowledge is desirable
