Responsibilities

Migrate user accounts and computer objects between domains (AD DS, OUs, group memberships)
Perform 1:1 end-user migrations (profiles, local data, browser settings)
Configure and troubleshoot network shares, drive mappings, and printers
Provide post-migration floor support for login, access, and hardware/software issues

Active DirectoryWindows 10/11 migrationDNS knowledgeDHCP knowledgeHardware supportCustomer-facing skillsCommunication skills

Required

Strong Active Directory experience (account/computer migrations)
Windows 10/11 profile and data migration
Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NTFS permissions
Hands-on hardware support (imaging, docks, printers)
Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Preferred

Comfortable onsite
Can work independently
Prior migration experience
