They are seeking a hands-on Mitigation Manager to lead a team in the field, ensuring quality service and compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and support mitigation technicians in the field
Plan and schedule water, fire, mold, and trauma jobs
Visit job sites daily to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Review documentation (notes, photos, moisture maps, sketches) for billing and compliance
Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters
Train, coach, and hold the team accountable
Enforce safety standards and procedures
Oversee warehouse, vehicles, and equipment
Ensure vendor program compliance
Serve as backup on-call and first responder as needed

Required

IICRC certifications: Water Restoration (WRT/ASD)
IICRC certifications: Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT)
IICRC certifications: Mold Remediation (AMRT or equivalent)
Experience in restoration operations, mitigation management, or field supervision
Strong knowledge of IICRC standards, documentation, and job profitability
Ability to manage multiple jobs without becoming overwhelmed
