Responsibilities

Talk with people who’ve reached out and explain how Flocksy works in a clear, straightforward way
Run walkthroughs and show how plans, features, and next steps work
Respond to incoming questions through email, chat, and occasional calls
Follow up on conversations to make sure nothing is left hanging
Check back in with people who reached out previously to see if timing is better now
Send simple emails to people who have already interacted with Flocksy
Keep conversations and notes organized in our system
Write clear summaries of conversations and next steps
Share common questions or points of confusion with the team
Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure a smooth handoff after someone signs up
