Responsibilities
Collaborate with Security, IT Administration, and Data Engineering teams to define and document access requirements for Analytics reports
Assist in developing and implementing security roles and permissions to ensure proper data access and compliance
Support the creation and documentation of approval and provisioning processes for report access
Contribute to establishing a repeatable and scalable framework for ongoing management of report access
Participate in testing and validation of security configurations prior to the release of Analytics reports
Maintain clear and organized documentation of roles, access levels, and process workflows
Provide status updates and communicate progress or issues to project stakeholders regularly
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Experience or coursework in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science
Familiarity with data governance, security roles, or user access management concepts
Understanding of data structures, databases, and permissions frameworks
Experience documenting processes or workflows in a structured, repeatable format
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
Demonstrated accountability and follow-through on assigned tasks
Adaptability in a dynamic, project-driven environment
