Responsibilities
Provide maintenance and repair services at customer establishments, following manufacturer’s instructions
Perform scheduled maintenance on a wide-array of high technical medical devices and machines
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and requirements, regulatory body policies and protocols, and internal operating procedures and work instructions
Instruct customer personnel in the operation and proper use of the equipment
Respond to emergency repair requests
Qualification
Required
Experience as a field service professional
Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment
Ability to perform scheduled maintenance on high technical medical devices and machines
Compliance with industry regulations and requirements
Understanding of regulatory body policies and protocols
Familiarity with internal operating procedures and work instructions
People skills and customer-oriented focus
Ability to instruct customer personnel in the operation and proper use of equipment
Ability to juggle priorities and be flexible with time
Responding to emergency repair requests
Preferred
Military avionics or electro-mechanical experience
