Responsibilities

Continuously engage with internal (CG) stakeholders and IT to identify key data usage, gaps and needs, and to prioritize and implement change

Execute and drive the Strategy, Vision and Roadmap for data usage and/or transformation at Renewal by Andersen

Create, manage, and execute the organizational change management approach for Renewal by Andersen retail network

Identify, develop, and prioritize Renewal by Andersen network data enhancement requests

Partner with IT product owners to prioritize and roadmap enhancements

Responsible for understanding technology roadmap from Renewal by Andersen technology vendors

Manage network technology communications for the Renewal by Andersen retail network

Qualification

SalesforceCRM experienceProcess orientedPeople influencingCommunication skillsPresentation skills

Required

College Degree

5 years Salesforce or equivalent CRM business experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent ability to create presentations and communicate with senior leadership and retail network

Process oriented mindset

Strong people influencer/leader

Ability to travel to retail locations up to 30% of the time
