Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple strategic projects and programs simultaneously, applying best-in-class methodologies to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, milestones, and resource allocation
Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint and facilitate meetings to drive consensus and decision-making
Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across Supply Chain, and other functions
Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data insights and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced analytics tools (Excel, Databricks, Tableau etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop reports that drive business performance
Ensure all phases of project, program, and process development are documented. Disseminate information to relevant functional areas and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
4–7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization
Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), Databricks (or similar), PowerPoint (presentation design and storytelling)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and geographies
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred

Master's degree
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma)
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
