Start in 2026 SpringThe San Francisco Giants are seeking a Fundraising & Events Intern for the Giants Community Fund. This role involves facilitating ballpark fundraising initiatives and managing team members for the 50/50 Raffle and online auctions, while collaborating with various departments to support community programs.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Fundraising & Events Coordinator to assist with gameday duties of the Giants Community Fund’s largest seasonal fundraiser, the 50/50 Raffle
On select games, oversee team members who will be selling 50/50 Raffle tickets at Oracle Park (weekend & weeknight work required)
Aid the Development Assistant with greeting winners and processing winner's paperwork
Lead Team Member recruitment, hiring, scheduling and training
Manage supplies and ordering for the raffle
Create and analyze Excel and Google spreadsheets of 50/50 Raffle seller statistics to track and improve sales
Play a key role in facilitating online auctions for the Giants Community Fund by procuring items, completing item descriptions and photos, fulfillment and posting items in coordination with MLB
Provide guidance and oversight to fundraising ventures at Oracle Park (Mystery Grab Bags and Mystery Baseballs) and volunteer management
Coordinate the assembly and sales of Mystery Grab Bags and Mystery Baseballs (weekend & weeknight work required)
Provide assistance on Giants Community Fund events throughout the season including the Play Ball Lunch, Willie McCovey Golf Classic and other events as needed
Be a working member of the Development Committee
Earn trust and collaborate with different people and departments in both the Giants Community Fund and San Francisco Giants organizations
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently, self-direct tasks, and manage overlapping projects with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage staff members and volunteers effectively for events/projects
Proficient in graphic design software (i.e. Canva) and Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, especially during the baseball season
