They are seeking a mid-career Software Engineer to develop and implement full-stack features, focusing on data architecture and backend/system design, while collaborating with team members to optimize user satisfaction.

Develop and implement full-stack features, with a primary focus on data architecture and backend/system design
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and accessible product experiences
Continuously analyze and improve product success metrics and workflows to optimize user satisfaction
Qualification
Required
A mid-career software engineer, with strong backend skills, looking to advance over time to team leadership
Able to independently identify and solve complex problems, recognizing when to seek assistance to maintain progress and efficiency
Excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing company
Experience in a typed language (we use C#/.NET but are open to analogous experience)
Develop and implement full-stack features, with a primary focus on data architecture and backend/system design
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and accessible product experiences
Continuously analyze and improve product success metrics and workflows to optimize user satisfaction
Preferred
Experience with mobile dev, either Swift/Kotlin or React Native
Experience in healthcare or other privacy-centric verticals
Exposure to relational databases, .NET, and event-driven architecture
Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for maintainability and security
