Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Intralinks' global pricing strategy, aligning with overall business objectives and market positioning
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer value assessments to identify pricing opportunities and threats
Design, implement, and maintain scalable pricing models and frameworks for new and existing products and services
Collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated, understood, and executed
Analyze pricing performance metrics, sales data, and profitability reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments
Develop and deliver pricing training and enablement materials for sales teams to enhance their ability to articulate value and close deals effectively
Evaluate and manage pricing tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance decision-making capabilities
Lead pricing discussions and negotiations for key accounts or complex deals, providing expert guidance and support to sales teams
Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards that may impact pricing policies and strategies
Present pricing recommendations, analyses, and performance updates to senior leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in strategic pricing, commercial finance, or a related analytical role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical methods
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, value-based pricing, subscription models, and competitive pricing strategies
Proficiency with pricing software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
