Responsibilities
Build and run the territory: target, prospect, and open net-new accounts
Convert trials → orders and expand existing partners
Lead demos/trainings (LEGEND Lab), ride-alongs, and regional events
Keep a real pipeline: same-day notes, next steps, accurate forecasts in HubSpot
Qualification
Required
Live in Dallas, TX (≈45 mins). No relocation
Travel ~40% in Year 1 (typically 2–3 overnights most weeks)
Measured on new ordering accounts, trial→order conversion, retention, revenue growth
Field-first: comfortable on shop floors; lift/carry demo kits (≈25–35 lbs)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
2–5+ years B2B field sales (owner-operator/small business focus) with quantified wins
Strong negotiation, territory planning, and follow-through
HubSpot (or similar) discipline; basic sales reporting & route planning
Preferred
Automotive aftermarket/films/coatings experience is a plus
Bachelor's in Business/Marketing preferred (or equivalent experience)
