Responsibilities
Collaborate with partners across the organization, including Branch Network, Marketing, Wealth Services, Schwab Wealth Advisory, and Wealth Strategies Group
Build strong knowledge of Schwab investor segments, products, services, and market opportunities
Develop written proposals and storylines to support HNW and UHNW client acquisition
Distill complex information into clear recommendations
Manage content slides and attach portfolio analysis reports to support the proposal process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
Client-centric mindset
Strong presentation and content formatting skills
Excellent organization and project management abilities
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
Preferred
2+ years of experience in marketing communications, product/program management, sales operations, or client experience
