Responsibilities
Lead the overall relationship management with one or more strategic or preferred partners
Drive partnership governance and support internal stakeholders through effective vendor selection, contracting, and performance oversight
Manage open or escalated issues
Facilitate bi-directional communication
Identify outsourcing needs in collaboration with internal teams
Drive the RFP process for new vendors
Support the development of contract modules
Ensure efficient operations and innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Graduate degree in a scientific, medical, or relevant business discipline
At least 10 years of work experience in alliance management, CRO, vendor management, or equivalent experience in clinical outsourcing and pricing analysis
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong expertise in contract negotiations and issue resolution
Preferred
Knowledge of clinical operations functions and drug development processes
Substantial managerial and cross-functional leadership experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
Proven adaptability, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated agility in responding to changing circumstances and priorities
Strategic thinking capabilities to drive innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency
Resilience in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus on objectives
