Responsibilities
Design creative for in-store signage, displays, POS, retail promotions, and campaign collateral
Translate shopper and merchandising priorities into clear, conversion-focused visuals
Build production-ready mechanicals for a variety of substrates and fixture types
Apply brand systems and campaign frameworks across multiple retail touchpoints
Partner with Creative, Studio, Merchandising, and Marketing teams
Manage multiple briefs in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years in retail, beauty, CPG, shopper marketing, commerce marketing, brand activation, or trade marketing environments
Strong portfolio showing retail/shopper/POS/in-store design work (portfolio required)
Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Experience with brand systems, typography, and layout
Preferred
In-store merchandising or fixture design
PDP/commerce content or retail media assets
Specialty retail or beauty industry experience
