Digital Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support campaign performance analysis, online ordering growth, and digital marketing programs across their portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

Support digital initiatives, including new feature launches, vendor platform transitions, and brand-specific growth initiatives
Collaborate with brand marketing teams to improve online ordering sales through menu optimization, upsell strategies, and digital experience enhancements
Manage campaign and channel performance reporting — including dashboards, weekly summaries, and post-campaign recaps — to support decision-making across brands
Analyze digital channel performance across email, SMS, loyalty, and online ordering; identify trends, opportunities, and gaps to improve revenue and guest engagement
Assist with store listings management by coordinating updates, audits, and accuracy checks across digital platforms
Provide franchisees with digital marketing guidance, including platform troubleshooting, education on best practices, and onboarding coordination
Monitor digital KPIs by brand (e.g., AOV, conversion rate, offer redemption, frequency), flag performance concerns, and prepare insights for internal stakeholders
Stay up to date with evolving trends in restaurant digital marketing, loyalty, email/SMS engagement, and performance analytics

Required

Minimum 3–5 years of digital marketing, CRM, or analytics experience in a restaurant, retail, or multi-brand environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred
Strong analytical mindset with experience working in dashboards, campaign recaps, or marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Punchh, Olo, Attentive)
Comfortable interpreting data and delivering clear, actionable insights across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with digital platforms like Olo, CRM/loyalty tools, and performance KPIs
Excellent project coordination, communication, and time management skills
Proactive problem-solver who can juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and support a fast-paced marketing environment

Preferred

Experience supporting franchisees is a plus
