Responsibilities

Fostering and sustaining strong relationships with General Managers, Company & Stage Managers, producers, and internal partners
Ensuring every interaction reflects the Hudson’s standard of excellence
Supporting the management team across administrative responsibilities, performance management, and daily operational needs
Serving as Manager on Duty during performances and ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and guest-focused experience for every audience
Curating and overseeing Food & Beverage hospitality programs
Providing hands-on support to deliver exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and productions
Strengthening team connection, supporting clear communication, and contributing to a positive, energized workplace culture
Creating moments that celebrate wins, foster collaboration, and boost morale
Keeping the Hudson and the hit shows within it running seamlessly, inside a collaborative, respectful, and mission-driven company

Qualification

Customer service leadershipFood & Beverage knowledgeProject managementMicrosoft Office SuiteTheatre management experienceBilingual communicationOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Experience as a team leader in a customer service or hospitality environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously
Effective problem-solving skills with proactive time and priority management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Preferred

Food & Beverage knowledge or experience is a plus
Intermediate Excel skills preferred
Previous experience in theatre or live event management a plus
Experience working with HRIS systems a plus (UKG experience a major plus)
Knowledge of Broadway operations and union relations a plus
Bilingual abilities are a plus
