Executive Business Development Recruiter
Richard, Wayne & Roberts is seeking an Executive Business Development Recruiter to find and place mid-level to high-level talent for key client accounts. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders at client companies
Develop account plans with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, talent mapping, and succession planning
Understand client business objectives, culture, and specific mid-level to high-level talent needs
Proactively source, identify, and engage C-suite, VP, and other mid-management to executive-level candidates
Utilize RWR proprietary records, professional networks, databases, social media (like LinkedIn), and industry tools
Vet candidates through initial screens, personal interviews, and assessments to evaluate strategic fit
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for confidential and senior roles
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, sales) to align recruitment efforts with business goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts or target organizations
Pitch recruitment services and build a pipeline to support clients in expeditiously filling difficult or rare mid-level to executive roles
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen, market insight, and ability to understand or recruit for complex industry roles
Proven examples of tenacity and creative thinking to recalibrate searches with high energy and resilience
Ability and willingness to be mentored and celebrate success
