In this position, you’ll work with the Professional Development team providing exceptional care and support to caregivers and community stakeholders in workforce programs and educational partnerships.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and facilitates complex professional development programs
Conducts program costs, benefits and outcomes analysis
Facilitates alignment with partners and academic institutions
Works collaboratively with INTEGRIS Health corporate sales and marketing, wellness, human resources, nursing leaders and academic partners to meet community and system entity needs
Represents the hospital in various civic and community organizations, events, health fairs and activities
Actively recruit and ensure a strong pipeline of diverse Health Scholar candidates on an ongoing basis by attending recruitment events such as fairs and presentations, cultivating relationships with campus career centers, professors, counselors and others, engaging student organizations through presentations, distributing flyers and other potential opportunities
Provide resources to program participants including mentorship, coaching and professional development
Reports to leader as assigned
This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or business administrations degree required
5 years in recruitment or workforce development; healthcare experience preferred
3 years of professional development consulting and promoting healthcare careers
Proficiency with Microsoft office including power point, excel, publisher; and database software such as access required
Excellent communication, oral presentation and professional writing skills required
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver's License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier

Preferred

Master's Degree in healthcare related field or business administrations degree preferred
healthcare experience preferred
