Senior Manager, Talent Strategy & Development

Responsibilities

Design and facilitate leadership training modules, coaching programs, and readiness assessments
Own succession planning, competency models, workforce strategy, and mobility frameworks
Build and manage internal talent pipelines, risk assessments, and emerging talent/Hi-Po programs
Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to identify talent gaps and create targeted development solutions
Maintain talent scorecards, forecast skill needs, and oversee KPIs and reporting
Drive retention strategies and executive/management development initiatives
Oversee talent reviews, organizational talent operating schedule, and compliance standards

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions
At least 3 years in a leadership or management role
Extensive knowledge of talent management best practices, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management
Legal Authorization to work in the US

Preferred

Experience leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations
