Account Executive – Enterprise Integration, API & IBM Solutions

They are seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive enterprise software sales in the Southeast U.S., building relationships with IT and business executives while managing the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and close new business within enterprise and upper mid-market accounts across the Southeast region
Build trusted relationships with IT and business executives to uncover needs around Integration, API Solutions, AI Modernization, Supply Chain Connectivity, FinOps, and Managed Services
Represent Eliassen’s differentiated offerings, including:
IBM Sterling B2B Integrator & File Gateway modernizations
Eliassen B2B Framework (70% faster onboarding, 30% efficiency gains)
IBM Turbonomic & Apptio FinOps cost-optimization solutions
Eliassen has accelerators for generative-AI-enabled automation
API Modernization and Cloud Integration Services
Observability and Test Automation services (Crucible Framework)
Partner closely with IBM, Microsoft, and Broadcom sales teams along with Eliassen delivery leaders to develop territory plans, proposals, and customer modernization roadmaps
Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close—leveraging Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seismic for pipeline management
Drive regional awareness through client meetings, industry events, webinars, and targeted solution campaigns, contributing to IBM and Eliassen growth goals
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of successful B2B software or IT services sales experience, ideally within IBM, Microsoft, Broadcom, Integration, Cloud, or AI ecosystems
Understanding of enterprise technology landscapes—B2B Integration, API Management, EDI, Supply Chain Automation, FinOps, or AI/ML modernization
Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close complex solutions with C-level and VP stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, regional ownership mindset, and passion for building lasting customer relationships
Bachelor's degree required
