Responsibilities

Assist with general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes

Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking

Help prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Participate in audit preparation and compliance documentation

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and variances in financial performance

Collaborate with team members on special projects, such as process improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company policies

Perform other duties as assigned
