Responsibilities

Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition

Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)

Perform on-call emergency service as required

Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed

Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

Qualification

Required

A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns

Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills

A true team-player mentality

EPA Universal is highly preferred
