Responsibilities

Increase market share and achieve and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn
Meet or exceed overall sales quota for your assigned region
Implement key operational initiatives in the field while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards
Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings
Interview, hire, train, and develop a staff of successful Account Executives; Conduct ongoing mentoring/coaching in the field

Required

High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Coaching Strong coaching skills with ability to conduct difficult conversations..i.e. change management. (Required)

Business Sales A proven track record of high yield business sales success (Required)
Negotiation Well-honed negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving. (Required)
Recruiting Familiarity with basic HR/Recruiting processes in order to attract and retain top sales talent (Required)
Leadership Proven leadership abilities, including inspiring and motivating teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

4-7 years Verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment (Preferred)
2 Years People management responsibilities (Preferred)
2 Years Telecommunications/technical sales (Preferred)
