The role involves traveling to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain inspection systems, while also training customer teams and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations (U.S. and international!) to install, troubleshoot, and maintain inspection systems

Train customer teams on machine operation and maintenance

Conduct testing, repairs, and capability studies at both GI and customer sites

Provide remote technical support via phone and the internet

Recommend and sell upgrades and spare parts (with commission opportunities!)

Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to excellence and innovation

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and ability to travel

U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to obligations under government contracts

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Comfortable working independently under pressure

Electrical and mechanical aptitude required, including use of multimeters and reading electrical/part prints

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
