Responsibilities

Monitor team progress and coordinate client support efforts

Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and deliverables

Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders

Follow up on project quality measures and artifacts

Manage and build relationships with multiple teams

Analyze project data and produce progress reports

Assist Project Director with administrative functions and processes

Assist Project Director with various tasks related to managing their portfolio

Run meetings in the absence of the Project Director

Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and other activities

Support documentation efforts, including planning materials and reports

Qualification

Healthcare IT knowledgeProject coordinationGoogle Workspace proficiencyCustomer service skillsInterpersonal skillsAdaptabilityTeam collaboration

Required

1–2 years of experience in executive administrative, project coordinator and/or a similar position in the healthcare industry

Preferred

Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite)

Knowledge of how healthcare IT projects operate

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to influence and build respectful relationships across teams

Strong adaptability to changing environments and timelines

Confidence in navigating new environments and situations

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage shifting priorities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred
