Leading Agile project planning activities (sprint scheduling, backlog grooming, release planning) to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines
Proactively identifying and resolving risks and impediments, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum
Tracking team velocity, sprint progress, and risks to PI commitments and project milestones
Ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and facilitating continuous improvement through retrospectives and coaching
