Responsibilities

Prepares letters, forms and reports from rough draft and corrected copies; may also transcribe dictation
Copies reports and records and prepares periodic reports. Organizes and maintains administrative files
Answers telephone, screens calls, takes message, or transfers to appropriate person or voicemail
Coordinates routine meetings, including preparation of agendas, compilation of materials for the meetings
Coordinates travel arrangements
Receives and ensures resolution to patient and/or employee complaints
Opens all incoming correspondence and maintains confidentiality
Prepares presentations for the Executives using PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Required

3 to 5 years progressively responsible secretarial experience required
High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred

Associates Degree preferred
