Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction and crushing/screening equipment
Work across multiple systems: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and powertrain
Perform preventive maintenance and general machine servicing
Use laptop diagnostics, gauges, and instruments to detect and resolve faults
Disassemble/reassemble equipment per manufacturer standards using hand and power tools
Review manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete service tasks
Manage parts ordering and repair documentation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required; technical training a plus
3–5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment service & repair
Valid Class B CDL
Knowledge of basic welding and strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-service environment
Strong communication and organizational skills; self-motivated work ethic
