Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials
Assist in developing case strategy and managing litigation matters from inception through resolution
Participate in depositions, hearings, and other court proceedings
Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial preparation
Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments and strategy
Collaborate with partners and team members to manage caseloads and meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active admission to practice law in Tennessee
2-5 years of litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and independently, with appropriate supervision
Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail
Desire for hands-on litigation experience and long-term professional growth
