Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality features across the entire stack, from our React/TypeScript frontend to our Java/Spring Boot backend and Python for our AI/ML services

Collaborate closely with the CTO on key architectural decisions, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and built for the long term

Contribute to and improve our cloud infrastructure and our CI/CD pipelines to ensure a fast, reliable development and release cycle

Partner with product and design stakeholders to translate complex healthcare workflows into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences

Champion software quality by implementing comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and promoting development best practices across the team

Write clear, maintainable documentation for code, architecture, and processes to set the standard for future engineering hires

Contribute to product and UX thinking—actively shaping what gets built, not just how
