The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all building and power equipment in a Distribution Center, ensuring uninterrupted services and operations.

Responsibilities
Repair of all equipment, machinery, electrical and power systems, and building systems to insure uninterrupted services and operations
Recommend and plan maintenance programs and work schedules to minimize equipment “down time.”
Install and repair equipment, and train employees on how to maintain machinery and perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications
Responsible for managing the maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing and electrical servicing to the facility
Manage facility layout changes throughout the building, including setting up conveyors, racking, relocating machinery and equipment, etc
Assures that safety and security measures are established and implemented
Assist a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in Industrial Maintenance
Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in Previous experience designing, implementing, and managing a preventative maintenance program
Demonstrated technical knowledge of schematics, battery maintenance, HVAC, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, D.C. Controllers, and A. C. Drives powered lift equipment
Knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures of equipment
Must be proficient at diagnosing repair needs and troubleshooting electrical circuitry and systems
Needs to have knowledge of forklift, order picker and reach truck repair
Preferred
H.S. Diploma/GED
Should be familiar with and capable of adhering to Lockout / Tagout procedures
Rapid and Conveyor Knowledge a plus
